"Kinetic Hotel" was conceived with the aim of reformulating the models of current developments. Sustainable architecture has been taken as an essential point that prevails starting from the design process, continuing with the specified materials, up to the conception of the productive management of the use.

The building is illustrated in two sections, in order to visualize the separation of spaces. Through the shape of the building, the presentation is aimed at: rigidity, strength and resistance, where the hierarchy of the structure presents separation.
